<p>As soon as the air turns crisp and the holiday lights start to twinkle, one flavor combination seems to take over coffee shops everywhere — <strong data-start="473" data-end="501">peppermint and chocolate</strong>. There’s something about the cool freshness of peppermint blended with the rich, comforting taste of cocoa that instantly feels like Christmas in a cup.</p>

<p>If you’re a fan of Starbucks’ famous <strong data-start="695" data-end="715">Peppermint Mocha</strong>, you’ll be thrilled to know that it’s easy (and affordable!) to make your own version at home. With just <strong data-start="821" data-end="848">four simple ingredients</strong> — water, sugar, cocoa powder, and peppermint extract — you can whip up a delicious <strong data-start="932" data-end="958">Peppermint Mocha Syrup</strong> that turns any cup of coffee, latte, or hot chocolate into a festive holiday treat. Let’s dive into how to make it and a few fun ways to enjoy it all season long.</p>

<p></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">? Why You’ll Love This Peppermint Mocha Syrup</h2>

<p>There’s no need to wait in line or spend extra money at the coffee shop when you can create your own peppermint mocha magic at home. This syrup is:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><p data-start="1339" data-end="1425"><strong data-start="1339" data-end="1360">Perfectly festive</strong> – it brings the spirit of the holidays straight into your mug.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="1339" data-end="1425"><strong data-start="1428" data-end="1448">Simple and quick</strong> – made with pantry staples in about 10 minutes.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="1501" data-end="1596"><strong data-start="1501" data-end="1517">Customizable</strong> – you can adjust the sweetness or intensity of the peppermint to your taste.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="1599" data-end="1678"><strong data-start="1599" data-end="1612">Versatile</strong> – use it in coffee, hot chocolate, desserts, or even cocktails.</p></li>
</ul>

<p>Once you make a batch, you’ll wonder why you ever bought flavored syrups again!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">? Ingredients You’ll Need</h2>

<p>This recipe keeps things simple and classic. You only need four ingredients — and chances are, you already have most of them at home:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><p data-start="1940" data-end="1960">1 cup of water</p></li>

<li><p data-start="1963" data-end="1994">1 cup of granulated sugar</p></li>

<li><p data-start="1997" data-end="2044">2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder</p></li>

<li><p data-start="2047" data-end="2085">1 teaspoon of peppermint extract</p></li>
</ul>

<p>That’s it! These ingredients come together to form a smooth, chocolatey syrup with the perfect hint of peppermint.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">??? How to Make Peppermint Mocha Syrup</h2>

<p>Making this syrup couldn’t be easier. Follow these simple steps, and you’ll have a jar of holiday cheer ready in no time:</p>

<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><p data-start="2385" data-end="2651"><strong data-start="2385" data-end="2432">Combine the water, sugar, and cocoa powder.</strong><br>In a small saucepan, add the water, sugar, and cocoa powder. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until the sugar completely dissolves and the cocoa is fully incorporated. You should have a smooth, glossy mixture.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="2656" data-end="2884"><strong data-start="2656" data-end="2674">Simmer gently.</strong><br>Once everything is combined, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about <strong data-start="2760" data-end="2773">5 minutes</strong>. Stir occasionally to prevent any sticking or burning. The syrup will start to thicken slightly as it cooks.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="2889" data-end="3079"><strong data-start="2889" data-end="2920">Add the peppermint extract.</strong><br>Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in <strong data-start="2968" data-end="3004">1 teaspoon of peppermint extract</strong>. Be careful — peppermint extract is strong, so a little goes a long way!</p></li>

<li><p data-start="3084" data-end="3272"><strong data-start="3084" data-end="3103">Cool and store.</strong><br>Allow the syrup to cool completely, then transfer it to a <strong data-start="3167" data-end="3190">glass jar or bottle</strong> with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to <strong data-start="3256" data-end="3269">two weeks</strong>.</p></li>
</ol>

<div class="wp-block-image">

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">? How to Use Your Peppermint Mocha Syrup</h2>

<p>Once you’ve made your syrup, the fun begins! Here are some delicious ways to use it:</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">? Peppermint Mocha Latte</h3>

<p>The classic! Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso, then add <strong data-start="3509" data-end="3554">1–2 tablespoons of peppermint mocha syrup</strong> and top with steamed milk. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or crushed candy canes for a festive touch.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">? Peppermint Hot Chocolate</h3>

<p>Stir a spoonful of syrup into a mug of hot milk or hot chocolate for a minty twist on a winter classic.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">? Peppermint Mocha Milkshake</h3>

<p>Blend vanilla or chocolate ice cream with a splash of milk and a few tablespoons of syrup for a cool, creamy treat that tastes like the holidays.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">? Dessert Drizzle</h3>

<p>Drizzle the syrup over brownies, cheesecake, or ice cream. It adds a gorgeous shine and rich flavor that’s irresistible.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">? Pro Tips for the Best Peppermint Mocha Syrup</h2>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><p data-start="4213" data-end="4375"><strong data-start="4213" data-end="4243">Adjust sweetness to taste.</strong> If you prefer your drinks less sweet, reduce the sugar slightly or use a darker cocoa powder for a more intense chocolate flavor.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="4378" data-end="4553"><strong data-start="4378" data-end="4412">Use high-quality cocoa powder.</strong> The flavor of the syrup depends heavily on the cocoa you use, so pick a good unsweetened brand like Ghirardelli or Hershey’s Special Dark.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="4556" data-end="4694"><strong data-start="4556" data-end="4588">Don’t overdo the peppermint.</strong> It’s easy to go from “festive” to “toothpaste” — so start with 1 teaspoon and taste before adding more.</p></li>

<li><p data-start="4697" data-end="4851"><strong data-start="4697" data-end="4716">Store it right.</strong> Keep it in the fridge in a sealed jar or squeeze bottle. It’ll stay fresh for about 2 weeks — perfect for the entire holiday season.</p></li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">? Make It a Homemade Gift</h2>

<p>This syrup also makes a wonderful <strong data-start="4925" data-end="4945">DIY holiday gift</strong>! Pour it into a small glass bottle or mason jar, tie it with a festive ribbon, and add a handwritten tag that says <em data-start="5061" data-end="5137">“Peppermint Mocha Syrup – Add to coffee or cocoa for instant holiday joy!”</em></p>

<p>Pair it with a cute mug or a small bag of coffee beans, and you have a thoughtful, homemade present that friends and family will love.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What is Vanilla Coffee Syrup?</h2>

<p>Vanilla coffee syrup is a popular flavoring agent used in coffee and other beverages. It is made by combining vanilla extract and sugar, and sometimes other flavorings, into a syrup. The syrup is then added to coffee or other drinks to give them a sweet, vanilla flavor.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Vanilla coffee syrup can be found in most grocery stores, and it is also relatively easy to make at home. This homemade version has a more intense flavor than the store-bought syrups.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Vanilla coffee syrup is a versatile ingredient that can be used in many different ways. It can be added to hot or iced coffee, used as a topping for desserts, or even used in cocktails. Vanilla coffee syrup is a great way to add a sweet, rich flavor to any drink.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vanilla Coffee Syrup Ingredients</h2>

<p>To make homemade vanilla coffee syrup, you’ll only need 4-ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need to get started:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>White sugar</strong>-Sugar helps to extract the flavor from the vanilla beans and ensures that the syrup has the correct consistency</li><li><strong>Water</strong>&#8211; Vanilla beans are very porous, and they need water to plump up and extract their flavorings. Without water, the syrup would be grainy and unpleasant to drink.</li><li><strong>Vanilla pod</strong>&#8211; Vanilla is a flavor derived from the vanilla bean pod. The pod contains small black seeds that are responsible for the characteristic flavor and aroma of vanilla. You want to split the pod in half so that the flavors are extracted from the pod.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Vanilla extract</strong>&#8211; This is optional since you will get enough vanilla flavoring from the vanilla pod and sugar. However, this gives your homemade syrup a more intense flavor.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Make Vanilla Syrup for Coffee</h2>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 1: Boil Sugar, Water and Vanilla Pod</h3>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vanilla Syrup Variations</h2>

<p>Vanilla syrup is often used in conjunction with other flavorings. You can make this syrup as vanilla syrup or you can add other flavorings such as:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Chocolate</li><li>Hazelnut,</li><li>Caramel</li><li>Cinnamon</li></ul>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="748" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-748x1024.jpg" alt="Homemade vanilla coffee syrup (9)" class="wp-image-29582" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-748x1024.jpg 748w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-219x300.jpg 219w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-768x1052.jpg 768w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-1121x1536.jpg 1121w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-1495x2048.jpg 1495w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/Homemade-vanilla-coffee-syrup-9-150x205.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px" /></a></figure></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Is Vanilla Coffee Syrup the Same as Vanilla Extract?</h2>

<p>Vanilla coffee syrup is a great way to add flavor to your coffee without using sugar. However, many people wonder if it is the same as vanilla extract. The answer is no. Vanilla coffee syrup is made with sugar, water, and vanilla beans, and extract. Vanilla extract is made with just alcohol and vanilla beans.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This means that vanilla coffee syrup will be sweeter than vanilla extract. Vanilla extract will also have a stronger flavor since it is concentrated. Vanilla coffee syrup can be used in many other ways besides coffee. It can be used to flavor ice cream, make Vanilla Latte, or even used in baking recipes. Vanilla extract can also be used for these things, but you may want to use less since it is concentrated.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Overall, both vanilla products are great to have in your kitchen pantry but serve different purposes.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Is Vanilla Syrup Good for Coffee?&nbsp;</h2>

<p>Vanilla coffee syrup is a great way to add flavor to your coffee. It is made from Vanilla Beans and it is 100% natural. Vanilla coffee syrup has a rich, creamy flavor that is perfect for adding to coffee, lattes, or frappes. Try adding it to some of the following recipes:&nbsp;</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/vanilla-whipped-coffee/" data-wpel-link="internal"><strong>Vanilla Whipped Coffee</strong></a></li><li><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/vanilla-latte/" data-wpel-link="internal"><strong>Vanilla Latte</strong></a></li><li><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/vanilla-iced-chai-latte/" data-wpel-link="internal"><strong>Vanilla Iced Chai Latte</strong></a></li><li><strong><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/white-chocolate-vanilla-latte/" data-wpel-link="internal">White Chocolate Vanilla Latte</a></strong></li><li><strong><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/iced-vanilla-latte/" data-wpel-link="internal">Iced Vanilla Latte</a></strong></li></ul>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="678" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-678x1024.jpg" alt="Adding syrup to cup" class="wp-image-28823" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-678x1024.jpg 678w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-768x1159.jpg 768w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-1017x1536.jpg 1017w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-1357x2048.jpg 1357w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Starbucks-sugar-cookie-latte-5-of-10-150x226.jpg 150w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px" /></a></figure></div>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Can I Use Vanilla Extract Instead of Syrup?&nbsp;</h2>

<p>Yes, you can. Vanilla coffee syrup is great for adding a little sweetness and flavor to your morning cup of Joe. But if you&#8217;re out of vanilla syrup and need a quick substitute, vanilla extract is a good option. </p>

<p>Simply add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for every 3 tablespoons of vanilla syrup the recipe calls for. Keep in mind that the flavor of the extract is more concentrated than the syrup, so you may want to start with a little less and add more to taste. And be sure to use pure vanilla extract, not imitation vanilla, for the best flavor.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Is this the same as coffee creamer?</h2>

<p>No, this vanilla syrup is slightly different than<a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe/" data-wpel-link="internal"> vanilla coffee creamer</a>. Coffee creamer is creamy and milk based with vanilla flavorings. This syrup is thick and does not contain and milk. If you use the coffee syrup you will want to probably add milk to your coffee as well. The milk is already added to the homemade <strong><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe/" data-wpel-link="internal">vanilla coffee creamer</a></strong>. </p>

<p>Want to learn how to make a coffee that tastes as good as Starbucks? This vanilla coffee creamer recipe is what you need! It is simple to prepare and tastes great with any hot cup of coffee. Let me show you this easy vanilla coffee creamer recipe today! </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="679" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe-679x1024.jpg" alt="Instant Pot vanilla coffee creamer recipe" class="wp-image-23334" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe-679x1024.jpg 679w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe-199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe-150x226.jpg 150w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe.jpg 700w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px" /></a></figure></div>

<p>I&#8217;ve joked before that I like a little coffee with my creamer. And sometimes, it&#8217;s true! I love a sweet coffee in the morning or afternoon to help pick me up. And you know what? It&#8217;s SO EASY to make your own creamer at home! Like super easy. </p>

<p>This version utilizes the power of your Instant Pot to create a smooth and creamy coffee creamer that you will love. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">What Is Vanilla Coffee Creamer?</h2>

<p>Vanilla coffee creamer is the perfect addition to coffee for those who do not like to drink black coffee. It adds sweetness to the beverage to make it more enjoyable. The homemade coffee creamer consists of several simple ingredients, including heavy cream and vanilla extract. You can use it in your hot beverage instead of traditional milk or store-bought creamers that contain tons of preservatives.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vanilla Coffee Creamer Ingredients</h2>

<p>When making the Instant Pot Vanilla Coffee Creamer, you need to have the following ingredients on hand:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Heavy Whipping Cream.</strong> Grab a cup of the heavy whipping cream to get started.</li><li><strong>Vanilla Extract. </strong>Use pure vanilla extract to mix in with your heavy whipping cream to create the perfect flavor.</li><li><strong>Sweetened Condensed Milk. </strong>You will combine the sweetened condensed milk with the cream and vanilla to create the perfect consistency.</li><li><strong>Milk.</strong> Use any type of milk you prefer. While whole milk creates a thick consistency, you can use other versions, such as almond, soy, or oat milk.</li></ul>

<p>All you need is four important ingredients to prepare this flavorful vanilla creamer to use with your coffee. These are ingredients that you likely already have at home, making this recipe even more convenient for you!</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-ingredients-.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="679" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-ingredients--679x1024.jpg" alt="Instant Pot vanilla coffee creamer ingredients" class="wp-image-23339" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-ingredients--679x1024.jpg 679w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-ingredients--199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-ingredients--150x226.jpg 150w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-ingredients-.jpg 700w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px" /></a></figure></div>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Exact Ingredients</h3>

<p>Make sure to get your vanilla coffee creamer just right by using the exact ingredients. Here’s what you need:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>1 cup of heaving whipping cream</li><li>4 ½ TBSP pure vanilla extract</li><li>1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk</li><li>½ milk</li></ul>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">What Can I Use Instead of Heavy Whipping Cream?</h4>

<p>Heavy whipping cream is the best ingredient for this recipe. However, if you do not have any, you can make it yourself. Here are two ways you can make it work:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Mix ? cup of whole milk with ? cup of melted butter.&nbsp;</li><li>Or, mix ? cup of butter and ? cup of half and half.&nbsp;</li></ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Make Vanilla Coffee Creamer in the Instant Pot</h2>

<p>The Instant Pot makes the process of preparing the vanilla creamer that much easier.&nbsp;</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step One: Add Your Ingredients to a Blender</h3>

<p>The first thing you need to do is add all your ingredients into a blender and mix well. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery aligncenter columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex"><ul class="blocks-gallery-grid"><li class="blocks-gallery-item"><figure><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="679" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to--679x1024.jpg" alt="" data-id="23338" data-full-url="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-.jpg" data-link="https://mommakesdinner.com/?attachment_id=23338" class="wp-image-23338" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to--679x1024.jpg 679w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to--199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to--150x226.jpg 150w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-.jpg 700w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px" /></a></figure></li><li class="blocks-gallery-item"><figure><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="679" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1-679x1024.jpg" alt="" data-id="23337" data-full-url="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1.jpg" data-link="https://mommakesdinner.com/?attachment_id=23337" class="wp-image-23337" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1-679x1024.jpg 679w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1-199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1-150x226.jpg 150w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-how-to-1.jpg 700w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px" /></a></figure></li></ul></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step Two: Add the Creamer to Mason Jars</h3>

<p>Pour the cream mixture into two separate mason jars. Place the lids on the jars.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step Three: Place Your Mason Jars in the Instant Pot</h3>

<p>Put the jars inside the Instant Pot on the trivet. Add 1.5 cups of water to your Instant Pot, set it on high pressure for two minutes.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Step 4: Quick Release</h3>

<p>Then,  do a quick release when the timer goes off. You will then have the perfect Instant Pot coffee creamer to add to your hot beverage.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe1.jpg" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" width="679" height="1024" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe1-679x1024.jpg" alt="Instant Pot vanilla coffee creamer recipe(1)" class="wp-image-23335" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe1-679x1024.jpg 679w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe1-199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe1-150x226.jpg 150w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Instant-Pot-vanilla-coffee-creamer-recipe1.jpg 700w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 679px) 100vw, 679px" /></a></figure></div>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Mason jar instructions</h4>

<p>Want to make this without using your <a href="http://easyinstantpotdinners.com/" data-wpel-link="external" target="_blank" rel="nofollow external noopener">Instant Pot</a>? You can totally do that! Follow my <a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/vanilla-sweet-cream/" data-wpel-link="internal">sweet cream creamer</a> directions for an even easier version of this vanilla coffee creamer recipe. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How to Store Leftovers</h2>

<p>You can keep it stored in the mason jars that you used when preparing the creamer in the Instant Pot if you would like. Or, you can store your Instant Pot Vanilla Coffee Creamer in a large plastic or glass container.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If you have an old plastic creamer container, rinse it out with water and then add your creamer to it. You can remove the old label from the creamer and then create a new label that says “Instant Pot Vanilla Coffee Creamer” on the front. Make sure you keep your creamer in the fridge. It should stay good in the fridge for up to a week.</p>

<p><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Pumpkin-Sauce-Put-it-on-everything-this-fall.png" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-9200 aligncenter" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Pumpkin-Sauce-Put-it-on-everything-this-fall.png" alt="Pumpkin Sauce! <p>Oh hey, pumpkin. It&#8217;s the time of year where food turns from normal flavors to pumpkin spice everything. <a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/pumpkin-spice-latte/" data-wpel-link="internal">Pumpkin spice latte</a>, pumpkin pancakes, <a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/pumpkin-cheesecake-skillet-brownies/" data-wpel-link="internal">pumpkin brownies</a>, <a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/easy-homemade-recipe-pumpkin-chocolate-poke-cake/" data-wpel-link="internal">pumpkin cake</a>. Pumpkin, pumpkin, pumpkin.</p>
<p>To be clear &#8211; I am NOT complaining. I am merely stating a fact that this time of year everything turns to the pumpkin side.</p>
<h2>Pumpkin Syrup or Sauce</h2>
<p>No let&#8217;s talk about one of the best pumpkin spice recipes &#8211; pumpkin syrup. Or pumpkin sauce. I originally coined this pumpkin sauce but realized later that it really is more like a syrup.</p>
<p>Especially since I use it as a pumpkin simple syrup in my coffee most mornings after I make a batch.</p>
<p>The good thing is that you can call it whatever you like and put it literally on whatever you like.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve used this pumpkin syrup on pancakes, in my coffee and even on top of ice cream. I&#8217;ve even snuck a quick spoonful of just the sauce one afternoon.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s delicious and super easy to make.</p>
<p><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Pumpkin-sauce-recipe.png" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-9201 aligncenter" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Pumpkin-sauce-recipe.png" alt="Pumpkin sauce recipe" width="600" height="800" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Pumpkin-sauce-recipe.png 600w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Pumpkin-sauce-recipe-225x300.png 225w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<h2>Pumpkin Syrup Ingredients</h2>
<p>One of the best things about this easy pumpkin sauce is how simple the ingredient list is. You should be able to get everything at your local grocery store.</p>
<p>(I say should because the second I say you ABSOLUTELY can find everything you need, someone will say they couldn&#8217;t find it. It&#8217;s like Murphy&#8217;s Law of grocery shopping.)</p>
<p>To make this homemade pumpkin syrup you will need:</p>
<ul>
<li>pumpkin puree</li>
<li>sugar</li>
<li>water</li>
<li>pumpkin pie spice</li>
</ul>
<p>No, seriously. That&#8217;s all you need. If you have ever made <a href="https://growingupgabel.com/simple-syrup/" data-wpel-link="external" target="_blank" rel="nofollow external noopener">simple syrup</a>, this is similar, just pumpkin flavored.</p>
<p>To start, you can find the <a href="https://amzn.to/30m9RU1" data-wpel-link="external" target="_blank" rel="nofollow external noopener">pumpkin puree</a> in the baking aisle at the grocery store. Grab your favorite can and you are good to go.</p>
<p>You can either buy pumpkin pie spice or try your hand at <a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/homemade-pumpkin-pie-spice/" data-wpel-link="internal">homemade pumpkin spice</a>. I love making homemade because I can make a big batch and have it all pumpkin season long.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Easy-pumpkin-sauce.png" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-9202 aligncenter" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Easy-pumpkin-sauce.png" alt="Easy pumpkin sauce" width="600" height="439" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Easy-pumpkin-sauce.png 600w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Easy-pumpkin-sauce-300x219.png 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></a></p>
<h2>How to Make Pumpkin Syrup</h2>
<p>Once you have all your ingredients, you will also need to grab a medium pot, whisk and measuring cup.</p>
<p>Pour the water and the sugar in the pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil and allow the sugar to dissolve. You can use the whisk to stir every so often.</p>
<p>Add in the pumpkin puree and whisk to combine. You may have to whisk it vigorously to combine until smooth-ish. I used a blender to make mine smoother and more syrup like when it cools down. You can do this or just whisk it as smooth as possible.</p>
<p>Mix in your pumpkin pie spice, remove from heat and allow to cool completely.</p>
<p>You can blend it smooth after it&#8217;s cooled or use it as is. Either way, store in an airtight container such as a mason jar. It will keep in the fridge for about 2 week.</p>
<h2>What to use pumpkin syrup with/on</h2>
<p>Pumpkin syrup (or sauce) goes great on or in:</p>

<li>vanilla ice cream</li>

<li>buttermilk biscuits</li>

<p>Hey yall!&nbsp; Yall know I am a big &#8216;ole fan of homemade coffees.&nbsp; I love being able to make an expensive coffee at home.. in my pajamas.&nbsp; It&#8217;s the best!&nbsp; One thing that goes along with homemade coffee is the syrup!&nbsp; With the right syrup you can change up your basic latte or frappuccino.&nbsp; Like this <a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/smores-frappuccino/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-wpel-link="internal">s&#8217;more frappuccino</a>!&nbsp; It&#8217;s a plain frappuccino with <a href="https://amzn.to/2fvDU9y" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow external" data-wpel-link="external">s&#8217;more syrup</a>!&nbsp; Easy peasy, yall.&nbsp;</p>
<p>One of my favorite coffee house drinks is a cinnamon dolce latte.&nbsp; It&#8217;s the perfect combination of sweet and silky coffee.&nbsp; I love it hot on a cool day and iced on a warm day!&nbsp; (I basically like it everyday!)&nbsp;</p>
<p><a href="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Homemade-cinnamon-dolce-syrup.jpg" rel="attachment wp-att-12273" data-wpel-link="internal"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-12273 aligncenter" src="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Homemade-cinnamon-dolce-syrup.jpg" alt="homemade-cinnamon-dolce-syrup" width="750" height="1132" srcset="https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Homemade-cinnamon-dolce-syrup.jpg 750w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Homemade-cinnamon-dolce-syrup-199x300.jpg 199w, https://mommakesdinner.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Homemade-cinnamon-dolce-syrup-678x1024.jpg 678w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" /></a></p>
<p>This syrup is SUPER easy to make.&nbsp; Probably one of the easiest syrups I have ever made at home.&nbsp; The best part (besides the fact that you CAN make this in your jammies) is that it&#8217;s common everyday ingredients.&nbsp; Stuff you probably already have in your kitchen.&nbsp; In fact, there are only 3 ingredients in this syrup.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Oh, and it only takes 5 minutes to make.</p>
<p>3 ingredients and 5 minutes later and you have a weeks worth of cinnamon dolce syrup for your coffee.&nbsp; A little more if you don&#8217;t drink one everyday and a little less if you REALLY love it.&nbsp; (Which I do and mine lasts about a week.)</p>
