No Financial Friday link party today! We will be having a special popsicle link party tomorrow to celebrate the end of popsicle week! Hope to see you there!

Today is day four of popsicle week and I am SO excited to share this recipe. This popsicle is a cross between two seasons. Salted caramel screams fall and popsicle is all summer. Its like fall and summer combined to make a beautiful popsicle baby. A delicious popsicle baby at that. Regardless of the season, this salted caramel popsicle is one of my favorites from popsicle week.

To create your own salted caramel pretzel popsicle you will need:

4 oz Almond milk

Crushed pretzels

3 tablespoons Hershey’s caramel [or any other caramel. Hershey’s is just my favie.]

I say 3 tablespoons but what I really mean is pour the caramel into the milk and count for three seconds. Im not a measurer [not a word but it works] most of the time so the count method is my favorite.

Mix the caramel sauce and the almond milk together.

Pour the milk mixture into your popsicle mold until its 3/4 full. Let it freeze. [If you are using a Zoku popsicle maker then this should take less then ten minutes. Holla!]

Add the crushed pretzel on top once the milk mixture has frozen. Top with the remaining milk and let freeze.

Once the top layer is frozen, enjoy your salted caramel pretzel popsicle. Its tastes like fall but looks like summer. Its really confused about its identity but don’t worry it does know its delicious. And won’t last long. [Side note completely unrelated – can you tell Im ready for fall?!]

Want more popsicle goodness? Check out:

Yesterday I shared a super easy chocolate covered banana popsicle and hinted at todays popsicle. I feel like this chocolate covered cherry popsicle is a cheater popsicle because I used part of the mix from the chocolate covered banana popsicle to make this one. And then once I tasted it I changed my mind. Oh, and its super easy to make.

To make your own chocolate covered cherry popsicle you will need:

Leftover chocolate covered banana mix (aka banana and almond milk blended)

Frozen cherries

Hershey’s hard shell chocolate

Blend your frozen cherries with the leftover popsicle mix. Add the mix to the Zoku Quick Pop Maker and give it 7-9 minutes to freeze. Be patient. I have to walk away and do something while the Zoku is working its magic. Otherwise I will just stare at the machine and it feels like forever before I am able to taste test my popsicle. Ya know, for quality control purposes.

Remove the popsicle and dip the top in the hard shell chocolate. Or you can add it to the Zoku before your pour in the mixture. Just give it a little time to harden. I wasn’t smart enough to try that until the very last popsicle. [Facepalm.]

The Zoku comes with these nifty little drip trays that attach to the bottom of the popsicle stick that are ahhh-mazing. I say that because my kids like to play a game called ‘lets get as much popsicle on the floor as we can’ and the drip trays stop that. Not completely, but it cuts down a lot. [Thank you Zoku, thank you.]

Want more popsicle ideas? [Of course you do!]

Check back tomorrow afternoon for another popsicle recipe! Its just as easy at the previous too and equally delicious. Pinky swear.

Woohoo! Its popsicle week, yall! I have teamed up with A Popsicle Blog to bring you a week of nothing but ice cold sweet treats. Are you excited? I know I am! I am the officially popsicle taste tester at the Grant house, ya know, for quality control purposes. I wouldn’t want to give my kiddos a popsicle that I wouldn’t eat myself. [Supermom, yall.]

So every day this week we both will be sharing a new popsicle recipe with yall. We know summer is almost over but think these are perfect after school snacks. Or lunch snacks. Or breakfast snacks. Popsicles are the perfect anytime snack. Today Im sharing the easiest popsicle ever. Also – one of the most delicious. All I can really say is boom! Chocolate covered banana popsicle.

I realized awhile ago that whenever I share a recipe I always say ‘Its so easy’ and thats because they truly are easy homemade recipes. I don’t make things that are complicated because really, who has time for that? Not this mama. So know that when I say they are easy, its the truth. And if I can make it, so can you. Cool? Cool.

And this is half the reason that making these popsicles was so easy. I was sent a Zoku QuickPop maker to review and man does it rock! It goes in the freezer overnight and the next day you are ready to make some popsicles. It takes 7-9 minutes to freeze and less then that to eat them.

Now to make your own chocolate covered banana popsicles you will need:

1 Banana

1 Cup Almond Milk

Hershey’s Hard Shell Chocolate

Chopped Nuts (optional, but delicious)

I blended the banana and almond milk to make it smooth for about a minute before adding it to the Zoku maker. After it froze I pulled it out (which was a little tricky to learn at first, but now Im a pro) and dipped it in the chocolate. I added the nuts before the chocolate was hard so they would stick. Easy. And less then 10 minutes to create a delicious popsicle.

And now you have a healthy afternoon snack. I made 3 chocolate covered banana popsicles and still had a little of the mix leftover. I used it to make another delicious popsicle. Ill share it tomorrow! [Oh the suspense!] And check back Friday for a sweet giveaway and a popsicle only link up!

Check out these popsicles too!
