Hey friend! I know I have two older kiddos but this newborn this feels brand new to me. It’s not the lack of sleep so much. I sort of got used to sleeping less the last few months of my pregnancy. If I wasn’t getting up to pee every 30 minutes then my hands were falling asleep on me. And not my hands, but my WHOLE arm. It was miserable.
Like that whole paragraph above? I started writing that TWO DAYS AGO! And then little man needed to nurse so I stopped. And then he needed to nurse again. And again. I can do a lot of things while nursing (like fold the laundry, take the dogs out, check Facebook) but I have not yet mastered the art of nursing and typing. So things like this get put on hold. I swear, if I didn’t have a ring sling I wouldn’t be able to do anything.
That is an affiliate link to the EXACT ring sling I have. If you have a new baby or a friend is expecting YOU HAVE TO GET ONE. They are the best thing for new babes that want to be close to you all.the.time! I know I would not be able to cook dinner. Ryder is almost always slinged to my chest when I’m cooking dinner. Which makes kissing his sweet little cheeks that much easier!
