Hey friend! Have you ever thought the thing you were waiting for was never going to happen? That’s how I’m starting to feel lately! I know I’m being dramatic but I am a week past my due date and so anxious to meet our little man! He’s going to make his grand entrance whenever he is ready, but I’M READY NOW! I’ve had my hospital bags packed for over 3 weeks now and everything is ready at the house.
I’m just impatient. And slightly dramatic but yall knew that already.
The one thing I didn’t get done before the baby was to stock the freezer. I was hoping to make a couple of freezer friendly dinners to have on stand by but didn’t get around to it. I figure we will have a lot of easy crock pot meals until the new baby haze wears off and I am able to get back in the kitchen. That’s the plan. We shall see how it goes!

Main dish – Slow cooker balsamic chicken
Main dish – Grilled lemon thyme pork chops
Main dish – Slow cooker jerk chicken
Main dish – Pizza casserole
Side – Cheesy corn casserole
Dessert – Mint chocolate chip ice cream (dairy-free!)
Appetizer/snack – Crock pot bacon and Swiss dip
Breakfast – Banana split smoothie
