Hey yall! Hope everyone is having a great week! This past week has been just crazy for us. We have a lot going on at the Grant house. Two exciting things that I will share SOON! I hate to leave yall hanging but all will be revealed soon. So soon. I pinky promise. I also have some super yummy recipes coming your way this week. Food makes everything better. Right?!
Here is this weeks menu plan with some uber delish dinner ideas!
Monday – Sweet and sour chicken // I love being able to make take-out food at home. In my pajamas. It’s the best!
Tuesday – Italian ravioli pasta bake // My mother-in-law makes a version of this and IT IS SO GOOD! I always get seconds and it’s beyond easy to make.
Wednesday – Skillet stuffed shells // Speaking of delicious homemade pasta dishes. These skillet stuffed shells are on my must list.
Thursday – Slow cooker wild rice soup // It’ starting to warm up here and I am NOT ready for it! I want it to be cool, soup weather for a few more weeks!
Friday – Chicken teriyaki pizza // Hands down my favorite new pizza to make. SO SO easy and delicious. We had one piece leftover and I totally snagged it for breakfast the next day!
Dessert – Mexican chocolate brownie sundaes // Yes. Yes, I need this in my life!
Snack – Avocado feta salsa // Yall know how much I love avocados. It’s pretty crazy really. I want to face plant into this salsa. No shame.
Breakfast – Tater tot breakfast casserole // Comfort breakfast food at it’s finest!
