Looking for dinner time inspiration? We’ve got you covered!
Hello friends! I hope everyone had a great Valentine’s day! We don’t tend to celebrate over here in the Grant house, but we did go out the day before. We went on a double date with our good friends. We had sushi, went to a hockey game and then hung out at a local bar. I was exhausted by 11 and we all called it a night. It was a fun night with good food and even better company.
On to the menu ideas!
Main courses –
Chicken Parmesan spaghetti pie // Oh me.. oh my! I need this spaghetti pie! (Was that cheesy? Probably.) It’s all of my favorite things baked into one meal!
Baked chicken chimichangas // I love getting these when we go out to a Mexican restaurant but now I can make them at home! This is also a fun spin on “taco Tuesday”!
Corn and bell pepper soup // This is great for all those cold nights. We haven’t had many, but when we do – I’ll whip up this soup!
Pasta carbonara // It’s super creamy and full of bacon! What more do you need in a dinner meal? Oh.. and it’s done in about 30 minutes! Woooo!
Thai style chicken flatbread // I know my hubby would love this flatbread for dinner! Oh heck, I would too!
Dessert idea –
Chocolate covered cheesecake stuffed strawberries // I promise these are so easy to make. Just make a bunch because they tend to disappear!
Breakfast idea –
Maple glazes doughnut holes // I would need to make a double or triple batch of these because they would fly off my counter!
