Hey friend! Want to know how crazy we are? We just spent a week in Michigan with family. And we drove there. From Texas. With a newborn. And two other kids.
See? I told ya. And you thought we were crazy for spending a week with family. Ha! Nope. The crazy part was driving for 2 days with a newborn in tow. But in our defense, we have made the same trip with the two older kiddos when they were just as little. We are used to the madness here in the Grant house. We just roll with the punches now.
We made the trip to celebrate Ryon’s grandparent’s 60th wedding anniversary. His family put together a big party that we didn’t want to miss. Plus, everyone wanted to see the new baby so we headed on up. We spent the week there and had a blast. Ryder was baptized, we went to a water park (and found out Ryley has a love of water slides), we had family pictures taken and spent a lot of time soaking up the extra help with the baby. Everyone wanted to hold him so other then nursing, he was being cuddled by someone in the family.
