Hey yall! I hope everyone is enjoying their Memorial Day weekend. It’s such a great time to get together with family and friends. Make sure you take a minute to thank a solider or service person if you can. There are so many that have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country that will not get to enjoy this holiday.
And if you are lucky, hang out in a swimming pool, lake or ocean. For me. Because it’s SO HOT. And I’m so pregnant. Well, 32 weeks pregnant. But I feel like that’s the point in most pregnancies that women feel like they have been pregnant forever and still have forever to go. (Mommas out there, am I right?!) Because we are actually pregnant for 10 months and this is the time we realize that fact.
So in short, thank a service person, keep cool and eat good food.
Main dish – Honey mustard chicken and bacon skewers

Main dish – One pan roasted chicken sausage and potatoes
Side – Cheesy hash brown potatoes
