Last week was my first official week of dieting with Shaklee180. And it went really good! Like I get excited to make the smoothies in the morning and at night kinda good. I’ve been experimenting every day and haven’t had the same thing twice, which is fun. These are my morning recipes from last week, just in case you need a little smoothie inspiration.
Pink Lady:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
10 frozen raspberries
2 scoops vanilla powder
Granola Power:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup granola
10 frozen rasberries
1 frozen banana
2 scoops powder
Green Machine:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
10 frozen raspberries
handful frozen spinach
2 scoops vanilla powder
Mocha Madness:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops instant coffee
10 chocolate chips
2 scoops vanilla powder
Berry Good:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
5-10 frozen strawberries
2 scoops vanilla powder
Spinach sounds gross but is actually very good! Also, I don’t use ice for any of my smoothies – just frozen fruit. It seems to help with the taste too since there isn’t any ice to water it down.

They all look so yum, Kelley! I will have to figure out the calories and make them. Thanks for sharing!
Kelley says
Most of them are 300 calories or less. I use the Shaklee powder and unsweetened almond milk – both low in calories. 🙂

Hi Kelley 🙂 I’m a big fan of protein drinks, and all of these sounded yummy. I don’t know the difference in the shakelee and herbal life..but I like to use sugar free pudding mix with my herbal life protein. My favorite flavor is pumpkin cheescake which I make with vanilla protein, canned pumpkin, a tablespoon of cheescake sugar free pudding mix, and one graham cracker. If you get to try it let me know what ya think 🙂 Have a great weekend friend xo
