Hi friends! Did anyone notice I didnt have a menu last Monday? I was so busy last week that I couldnt even come up with a menu. And I cant write a post called ‘Menu Monday’ without a menu.
So I skipped it.
Why was I so busy, you ask? My in laws were in town until Tuesday, I was planning my daughters party, and then my brother and family came into town. Oh.. then we had a second birthday party for my baby girl. (She’s still my baby even if she is the big TWO!)

But Im going to make it up to yall.. pinky swear. I hit 200 friends this weekend and I have some amazing giveaways scheduled for next week. Wooohoo!
Now onto our menu..

Apple Oatmeal
Italian Omelet
Hash Brown Casserole
Apple Pancakes*
Dinner:
Deep Dish Tacos*
Chicken Nuggets*
Chicken Stir Fry
Italian Meatloaf Muffins
