I think going to bed early was a great idea– hope you woke up refreshed and ready to face a new day. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and have a great time at the conference. Wish there was one near Denver, I'd be the first to sign up. Hope to hear next week that you had an incredible time!!

Sorry you had a rough day. You will be loved at the blogger conference!
P.S. Thanks to Ryan & your whole family for his service to our country. May our country always remember the unitity we felt on 9/11.

Oh girl what are you tlaking about? You're amazing and everyone will see it. Don't be nervous, be yourself, be confident in who that is and ROCK IT girl! Self confidence is just that, SELF – you have to have it! No one, not even a cute outfit (although it helps) can give that to you. So be secure in yourself and your awesomeness will shine through for sure!!
What conference, by the way?

I hate those days. 🙁 Don't worry about the conference. Just remember that you're wonderful! You and your blog are like a little ray of sunshine for all of us readers. I hope today is better. xo

I feel you. I walked into a subway today with my shaven head (i cut it for kids with cancer) ; http://www.listeningratherthenspeaking.com/2012/09/giving-gift-of-lifetime.html ; There was a group of girls probably 8-14years old and they were questioning where I was a boy or girl. When I started to speak there was a look of “WOW” on their faces. I was telling the subway guy why I donated my hair and what it was for. The looks on these girls faces turned pale white. I walked out of the subway and the girl called me a boy. -sad face- I guess you can't get everyone to see your point.

I am going to echo all the comments…you are going to be amazing at the conference. Because you are real. Instead of writing a “perfect” post, you wrote your heart. Have fun, and remember, everyone (or at least most everyone) else going is nervous too!

Wish I could go to the conference and keep you company. You will be great – I promise! I have something I want to send you – I saw it and immediately thought how much you would love it. Do you mind sending me your address?

You'll do great at the conference! My daughter rubbed my belly yesterday and announced that I must have a baby in there, too. You're not alone! (I bet many of the ladies attending the conference have had the same thing happen! Good luck!
