Oh blogger navigation bar.. how I loathe you. For some reason that silly bar bothers me. A lot. I once read that when people look at your blog they should be able to see the top of your first post. The blogger bar might not take up that much space but it is an eye sore. Plus, if you have your own web address.. that you paid for.. you should get rid of the blogger bar because its your site not theirs. Ha! Just in case you feel the same way.. here’s how to get rid of it.

That's actually very helpful, I had been thinking about doing that. But I actually use it!! Should I still delete it?
Kelley says
I dont see the navigation bar on your site Natalia. I used mine too but once I bought my own domain I deleted it. Its not so bad.. I just have to open separate website tabs sometimes.

I didnt see the bar before but now I do.. go figure. I used the nav bar when I had it but once I got rid of it I didnt miss it. I just use separate tabs and keep my dashboard page open in one. I just have a weird hatred for the nav bar.. haha.

Wow! That was something I didn't know I could change! Thanks for sharing. I agree, it does look great without it.
Kelley says
It does! I just checked it out on your site.. all gone! It was pretty easy too.. no?

I just turned mine off with the option under layout. It gave several choices of looks and one was off. That option wasn't there when I started the blog in January. May be a new option.

Yeah- nav bar is gone. Finally got around to this but read the comments first and took the advice which said to look at the options on the Nav Bar Layout. It took an easy 5 seconds and the nav bar is now “off”. Thanks for letting me know this was an option. I appreciate your techy advice!

Thank you so much, Kelley! Mine is now gone and removed… my page is getting that much closer to looking like “the real deal”. I'm still shopping around for cuter, more professional page layouts and designs! (I'd like to do it for free, but have trouble finding any free ones I love!)
Thanks again 😀
