Do you still have Halloween candy left? We do too. I think its because Ryley doesnt remember its there.. otherwise she would eat chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. {Wonder were she gets that from.. hmmm} Plus the other day Ryon cleaned the pantry and told me I had five bags of marshmallows! (I wasnt sure whether I should be shocked about the marshmallows.. or the fact that he cleaned the pantry) Either way.. I put two and two together and make these delicious treats!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 bag mini mallows
1 box rice krispies
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Crushed leftover candy
Melt the butter using a low setting.
Add the mallows and stir until they are all melted
(Ok.. first I love to say mallow.. it makes me giggle. Second.. Ryley really had fun helping.)
Once melted.. add the rice krispies and the crushed candy (we used peanut M&MS) and mix all together.
Spray your container with cooking spray and then also spray your hands. Press the mixture and let it cool.
(This is what I like to call the pray moment. I pray that my children dont need me for 5 minutes because my hands are covered in food.)
Once cooled.. enjoy. And try to eat only one. Ok.. two max!
Not sure why Im so in love with using a muffin pan lately.. but I love how easy these were to serve. So, what do you think.. sound like an easy treat? Ya.. it is! Ohh.. by the way, what are you doing with your left over candy?
