Have you started drooling with just the title? {yes?} I knew we were friends for a reason. This was such a delicious sammy that I had to share. Not only yummy.. but simple to make too. (Find me a recipe that isnt yummy and simple and Ill show you a recipe Im not cooking! haha)Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
provolone cheese
pesto
bread (I used sourdough)

Cook and cut your chicken.
Put a slice of bread in the skillet. Layer your chicken and cheese. On the other slice of bread spread your pesto. Toast the other side.
Eat!
I was really surprised that two chicken breasts made four sandwiches. Four delicious sandwiches. My only is regret is that I wasnt able to eat one for lunch today. Sadly, they were all gone by the morning. 🙂
