Ingredients

– oil – white onion – bell pepper – ground beef – Ritz crackers – eggs – milk – salt & pepper – Worcestershire - ketchup – brown sugar

Instructions to help make the best homemade meatloaf.

Preheat your oven. Saute the onion and pepper in oil.

Combine the burger, onions, peppers, crushed Ritz, eggs, spices and milk.

Incorporate all of your ingredients well.

Add the meatloaf to a loaf pan and cook for 30 minutes.

Make the ketchup topping. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread it on top.

Bake the meatloaf for an additional 30 minutes.

Slice the meatloaf and enjoy with your favorite side.

Store in an airtight container on the counter or in the fridge.  Place meatloaf in a Ziplock bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
