I was a skeptic reading the easy ingredients, low maintenance for this Mississippi pot roast. So I went ahead and got all the ingredients and I made it with boneless beef rib tips and lo and behold it was amazing totally amazing. I am used to using a lot of ingredients spices etc. but this is fabulous it’s all good. I made it on Sunday no leftovers! I oven baked it too. try it’s great.
