Hey Trina! I would not add the cheese on top and bake them for a little longer. I would guess start at 45ish minutes and go from there. Add the remaining cheese on top and let it melt in the oven for a few minutes. Hope that helps and let me know what you find works best!

I’m excited to make this recipe but my grocery store didn’t have frozen potato wedges. I’d like to use fresh potatoes instead but I wasn’t sure how that would effect the cooking. Any guidance?
