Mmm country crock! I grew up with that, and honestly didn’t know that it wasn’t real Butter until I married my husband.

I love [LOVE] country crock. It was hard to give it up. But Im a full sweet cream butter girl now. 🙂

oh my goodness, I’m glad they were able to find what the problem is.
This butter looks divine on that home made bread! My husband got me on to real butter when we got married, it took me a bit to get use to the different taste, but it’s been years since I bought any margarine…even though the price always tempts me.

Thanks Kirsten. Its actually a lot easier to manage since my mom has it too. She’s dealt with it so long that I kinda know what to expect. Not anything I would wish upon a person, but not horrible. And yes! The butter is fabulous. Real butter always is 😉

Kelley, I can’t wait to try this! I love having toast, english muffins or bagels for breakfast. This will be wonderful on them. Oh, it will also be perfect for waffles. I made waffles this past weekend and I pureed fresh strawberries to go on top. Delicious and healthy!! I’m so glad that figured out what was wrong. I know it can be very frustrating when you have no answers. Can’t wait to see all the new recipes!!
