How much puréed peaches will be needed instead of sliced peaches? I already have puréed peaches leftover and want to try this.

I’m canning this as we speak. I used an immersion blender after it was cooked together. The consistency is perfect. Tastes like sunshine in a jar. I’m gonna hot water bath it for 20 minutes.

You use 1/3 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of fresh or frozen peaches. You should have about 2 cups of peach syrup when you are done processing. Hope that helps!

I’m going to try this syrup recipe tomorrow morning with Texas French Toast and bacon on the side. I love trying new recipes and I’m sure my family will love it.
