This was very good! I used whole milk and espresso. It was pretty sweet, but the salt did a nice job balancing that! I feel like it was the right ratio of sweet and salty. I will have to try the salted caramel next time.

Is this right?
4 ounces (½ cup) coffee
8 ounces (1 cup) heavy cream or half & half

Should it be 4oz of cream and 8oz of coffee?! That’s a lot of cream for a cup of coffee.
