I made this last night for Thanksgiving dinner and it was a HIT! This was my first time making bread from scratch and I couldn’t believe how easy and delicious it turned out. The flavour profile was just lovely. I think this may be the start of my homemade bread obsession. Thanks for the amazing recipe, Kelley!

What is the measurement for the yeast. The packages I use are 7g each
