Can’t wait to make the grilled cheese later. I just wanted to mention though, the recipe didn’t instruct when to add the activated yeast to the dough. I guessed and added it along with the other ingredients in the well. Also there was no mention of the skillet size. I’m going with 10″ and hope that’s right. Thanks for the recipe. Looking forward to the aroma of baking bread in my kitchen.
