Thank you so much Missy! And I bet it would be good in coffee! Have you heard of that bulletproof coffee? They put a pat of butter at the bottom so I bet this would be perfect.

I am in love with pumpkin spice coffee, so now if I am drinking regular coffee I can make toast with this and still have my pumpkin spice fix. Mmm…wonder if I could put this in my coffee? Thank you Kelley and your looking great at 8 months pregnant.

Oh my, this looks heavenly. I’m thinking about making different butters for my sisters as gifts for Christmas. Instead of making a log, do you think this could be put into a small mason jar? Love this recipe — it sounds delicious!
