I agree. Its horrible. I feel like they are going to have to change soon or no one will fly with them. Sad really.

I cannot stand Spirit either. I am so sorry you had such a horrible experience and at such a horrible time. You are right they try to make a penny over everything. I remember taking Spirit one time to Ft. Lauderdale (thankfully before kids). The seats were so cramped (as they try to cram as many seats as possible on a plane to make money). On our return flight it was delayed by over 6 hours. No one would tell us anything at all. It was horrible. I never rode it again. I can’t believe that they are able to continue to fly when so many people have such horrible experiences.

I can’t find a good review for Spirit anywhere. Its sad. I am thankful we were able to get home but thats it. Everything else was down hill from there.

Happy to help! Honestly, I would have been ok if they had given me a free snack box for the kids. But nothing. It sure wasn’t worth the money saved!

How awful! You’re the second person in a week I’ve heard had nothing but bad things to say about Spirit (V Spot blog posted about it on Instagram). Thanks for the heads-up. Definitely won’t be flying with them!!!
