Except I called it tater tot casserole minus the avocado, sour cream & salsa. Never thought to add those 3 ingredients…oh…I also put stop light peppers & green onion in mine. Will have to try this recipe!

Yes! Same here. I don’t mind gift cards, but I’m sure his family would all get gift cards to the sporting goods store if he had his way. One stop shop in his mind. haha.

Haha.. yes, my husband is fortunate that I enjoy gift buying or otherwise he’d be up a creek. I think as soon as we were engaged he stopped buying gifts. Good thing I love him!
