Why us mom's of grown kids come back to read stories of new birth?...... because we get to relive a bit of our own moments all those years ago. The only difference is that now we also want to squeeze those widdle baby cheeks and I never said that when I was a new mom. I never said widdle either. And I never said that outloud in a baby voice looking at the computer for sure.

What a sweet and beautiful little girl! I found your story very interesting. Especially that even after all of your professional experience with many different kinds of deliveries your own progression of labor was surprisingly fast. I really like the attitude you went in with, about not having expectations and being willing to just follow the flow of events. Congratulations on your daughter!
