Thank you for your input on the subject. There is more than one way to make any recipe - I choose to make my enchilada sauce with tomatoes. Also, I grew up in South Texas and am very familiar with the Hispanic culture and their cooking. This tastes just like enchilada sauce I have eaten my whole life.
