Hi Paul! It should say "or cheese of choice." I updated the recipe to reflect that! It should serve 8. And I'm not sure why it's not letting you copy and paste the recipe. There is a print butter above the recipe that will let you print it out. I hope that helps!

I am a subscriber, thank you for your scrumptious recipes. However...
In your recipe for FRENCH ONION DIP ONE-POT PASTA, one of the ingredients listed reads:
1/2 C of shredded Fontina or cheese of
Please, what do you mean by that?
Also, either I'm looking in the wrong place, or else you really do leave out the number of servings in your recipes; could you include the servings in future recipes, please? Thank you.
Also #2, whenever I copy and paste to download one your recipes, I end up with a LOT (several pages) of digital symbol and word gibberish, that I don't get off of anyone else's web sites. Why is that? And can you correct that so it doesn't happen?
A reply would be appreciated. I am a collector of recipes and cookbooks. Thank you again, Paul Poeschl, Oshkosh WI
