I love mexican flavors!! Our favorite salad is a lot like yours, but we call our Dorito salad. We use crushed doritos, taco meat, can of mexican corn, black beans, diced red/yellow peppers, shredded cheese and sour cream (I put avocado in the individual bowls since my husband and one of my daughters don’t like them). Super delicious!!
