Mojitos are one of my favorite drinks. I used to make it exactly like this until a friend made it for me with a simple syrup instead of just adding sugar. A-mazing! Simple syrup is equal parts water with sugar and boiled. You cool the syrup and add it to the drink, instead of the sugar. Thanks so much for sharing at Whimsy Wednesdays.
