It says to add all the sauce ingredients to the crock and stir well. Then add the chicken. Then step 2 says to “coat the chicken with your favorite barbeque sauce”. So I’m thinking, “what? …you don’t use the sauce you just added to the bottom of the crock?” Upon reading the actual recipe it describes using the sauce….not some other barbeque sauce. Tricky! I will give this a whirl of course. Looks really good!
