This is soooo good. I used McCormick reduced sodium chicken gravy packet in place of the au ju or brown gravy packet and it was ro due for. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and served it over mashed Yukon gold potatoes. I like to spoon some of the liquid over top of the meat and potatoes but sometimes I use the liquid with cornstarch or flour to make a thickened gray to spoon over the meat and potatoes. Add a side salad or vegetable of your choice and it’s a complete, delicious and easy meal.

Any suggestions to substitute for the ranch dressing packet? I’m lactose intolerant and try to avoid Ranch whenever possible. I’ve wanted to try your MS pot roast recipe for ages but didn’t because of the Ranch dressing. Thanks.
