My daughter attends college in Abilene, TX where we pass by Joanna & Chips house on your way there or on the way home. The first time we went there we stopped in front of their driveway (which is very long) and took a picture in front of their house. I say go for it on starting your house rehab business.

I also love Fixer Upper, for all the same reasons you stated!!! You need to pattern your business after Chip and Joanna’s – clients put up all the $$$, you get to play with the demo and reconstruction!!! And get paid to do that 🙂 You just need to have the skills of Chip and Joanna, as well as assembling a fabulous team to complete the designs. I would love to do this too, but I know I don’t have the vision or skill to do it, so I just enjoy watching them and getting ideas from them! I would love to have them come and make over the 85 year old farm house I live in!!!
